Big Day Of Giving
The Lincoln Community Foundation is calling on the community to support and donate to other local non-profits during the Big Day of Giving (BDOG) event. BDOG is an annual online giving event that takes place in May, and it provides an opportunity for donors to give to the causes they care most about in the greater Sacramento region. The event is unique to the region and has become an important way for non-profits to raise operating dollars to support their missions.
Beginning on April 20th, donors can participate in Early Giving, a period during which they can make donations to their favorite non-profits in advance of the actual BDOG event. This provides an opportunity for non-profits to get a head start on their fundraising goals.
The Lincoln Community Foundation was established in 2003 with the mission of improving the quality of life for residents in the Lincoln community by providing grants and support to local non-profits, organizations, and other projects. Our work is made possible through the generosity of individuals, businesses, and organizations in the community.
By supporting the Lincoln Community Foundation and other non-profits during the Big Day of Giving, you can make a positive impact on your community and help ensure that these organizations have the resources they need to continue their important work.
