Lincoln Floating Pumpkin Patch

The Lincoln Community Foundation is proud to be an avid supporter of local events that enrich our city’s community life. In keeping with this commitment, we are excited to announce our recent donation of $500 to the upcoming Lincoln Floating Pumpkin Patch, a fantastic event hosted by the Lincoln Recreation Department, scheduled for October 28th.

The Lincoln Floating Pumpkin Patch will take place at the picturesque McBean Park pool. This exceptional family-friendly event invites participants to enjoy a unique experience by swimming in McBean Pool while selecting their very own pumpkins. (Fun fact: pumpkins float!) Alternatively, attendees can also choose a pumpkin from the splash pad area. Each session provides a generous thirty minutes for participants to explore and pick their perfect pumpkin. Once selected, you can head over to the dedicated decorating station to give your pumpkin a personalized touch. The best part? All the pumpkins and necessary supplies are included in your experience.

We are thrilled to note that this marks the second year in a row that the Lincoln Community Foundation has had the honor of contributing to and supporting the Lincoln Floating Pumpkin Patch. We look forward to another successful event and hope to see you there!
