LCF Donates To Lincoln 4th Of July Foundation

The Lincoln Community Foundation (LCF) has once again demonstrated its commitment to supporting local non-profit organizations by donating $2500 to the Lincoln 4th of July Foundation.

The Lincoln 4th of July Foundation hosts an annual day-long event to celebrate Independence Day, which includes a spectacular $24,000 fireworks display. To make this event possible, the foundation must raise $75,000 each year. The generous donation from the LCF will go a long way in helping the Lincoln 4th of July Foundation reach its fundraising goal for this year.

Anthony Bersamin, the President of the 4th of July Foundation, expressed his appreciation for the LCF’s contribution. “We really appreciate our relationships with local businesses and other local non-profit organizations like LCF. When we work together as a community, we can accomplish great things!” Bersamin said.

The Lincoln Community Foundation has a long history of supporting local non-profit organizations. Founded in 1995, the foundation has provided financial support to a wide range of organizations in the Lincoln community, including educational programs, healthcare services, and cultural institutions.

“We are delighted to be able to support the Lincoln 4th of July Foundation and their efforts to celebrate Independence Day in our community,” said Kris Knutson, the President of the Lincoln Community Foundation. “We believe that supporting local non-profit organizations is critical to building a strong and vibrant community, and we are proud to be able to play a part in that effort.”

The Lincoln 4th of July Foundation’s annual event is a beloved tradition in the Lincoln community, and the LCF’s contribution will help ensure that the event can continue to bring joy and excitement to residents for years to come.
