Art League of Lincoln

Do you love to be creative? Do you have artistic talent? Or maybe you appreciate the artistic talents of others. If so, be sure to check out the Art League of Lincoln. This local nonprofit was established in 2012 for charitable purposes, to promote, foster and support the arts in the greater Lincoln area through exhibits, shows, tours, education and other activities for artists and appreciators.

The Art League of Lincoln (aka “ALL”) offers free art exhibits to the public year round, in 3 galleries. They also offer year-round classes for youth and adults with scholarships available for those in need. They put on the annual Clay Day in Beermann Plaza (now in its 35th year) and this year, the 1st Annual Celebration of the Arts on May 6th from 10am – 4pm. The Celebration will be an all day street festival, featuring 60+ vendors, 30 artists carving Clay pipes, food, live music, strolling jugglers, stilt-walkers, and other circus performers. “ALL” is also working on establishing a program to bring art to schools with no art programs.

As a community let’s support the Art League of Lincoln by attending their events. Follow their facebook page to stay informed at Art League of Lincoln | Lincoln CA | Facebook. Also mark your calendar and support “ALL” for their Bingo Fundraiser on June 14th. For more information about the Art League of Lincoln visit their website at Art League of Lincoln – Home.
