Bruno Mars Raffle Money Distributed
Recently the Lincoln Community Foundation distributed funds raised by the Bruno Mars ticket raffle. The raffle contest was sponsored by the Lincoln Community Foundation and Eric Kurlan took the lead in running and promoting the raffle. Over ten thousand dollars was raised for Twelve Bridges High School Booster Club and The Raging Rhinos Sober Grad Committee.
Dozens of local Lincoln residents took part in a video promoting the ticket raffle. The winner of the Bruno Mars raffle ticket was Lincoln resident Becky Errotabere.
A check in the amount of $5,334 was presented at Twelve Bridges High School Booster Club Board meeting. TBHS Boosters is committed to raising funds to support all Twelve Bridges High Schools’ clubs and sport teams. The second check from the Lincoln Community foundation also in the amount of $5,334 was presented to the Raging Rhinos Sober Grad committee. Sober Grad is a parent-sponsored organization to deliver a fun, safe and alcohol free graduation celebration for our future TBHS seniors — providing them a safe, memorable night with their friends and classmates before moving on to the next chapter of their lives.
