Ann Elias, Executive Director at Lighthouse Counseling and Family Resource Center
Ann Elias is a strategic leader with over 30 years of experience in non-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Prior to joining Lighthouse Counseling, she was responsible for affordable housing resident services operations, overseeing eight regional directors with a team of 180 staff serving nearly 100,000 residents throughout the state of California. Now she provides strategic direction and executive leadership at Lighthouse Counseling and Family Resource Center based in Lincoln where therapists and care managers serve diverse populations across Placer County.
Ann has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing and holds certifications as a master trainer; strengths coach and change management professional. Throughout her career she has directed collaborative initiatives with key stakeholders to deepen culture and develop talent across large and complex organizations, as well as building strong teams to deliver outstanding results.
Ann recently completed a Master of Divinity (MDiv) degree with an emphasis in Spiritual Formation and is passionate about people optimizing their calling to make this world a better place. She enjoys collaborative working relationships and empowering individuals to fulfill their personal mission and life goals.
Ann enjoys spending time with her husband of 36 years, along with their growing family. As a lifelong learner she seeks out new travel adventures, reading great books, cheering for her favorite sports teams, volunteering, gardening and writing.
